This Privacy Policy explains how GhostFlow ("we", "us", "GhostFlow") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website at theghostflow.com (the "Service") and the GhostFlow GEX Overlay browser extension (the "Extension").

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or use the Service, we may collect:

• Account information — username, email address, phone number, and Discord username you provide at sign-up.
• Security & login data — IP address, approximate location (city/region/country derived from IP), and login history, used to secure your account and detect suspicious sign-ins.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Extension data — the GhostFlow sign-in token and the ticker symbol you are currently viewing on TradingView. These are stored locally in your browser and sent to our API only to authenticate you and return the matching market data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and Extension.
• Authenticate your account and manage your subscription/plan.
• Protect your account through login and location-based security checks.
• Assign community roles (e.g., Discord access) tied to your plan.
• Communicate important account, billing, or service notices.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Discord — community access and role assignment (only your Discord username).
• Market data providers — we query options/market data on your behalf; your identity is not shared with them.
• IP geolocation services — to determine approximate login location for security.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Cookies & Sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the Service to function and is not used for advertising.

5. The Browser Extension

The Extension stores your sign-in token and last-viewed ticker locally in your browser using standard extension storage. It only communicates with theghostflow.com (to fetch GEX data and verify your access) and reads the ticker on TradingView pages. It does not track your browsing, read other sites, or place trades.

6. Data Retention & Your Choices

We retain account data while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your associated profile data from our active systems.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
