GhostFlow subscriptions and one-time purchases (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime, and the Extension plan) are non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account at theghostflow.com/manage. Cancelling stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for ongoing access and is non-refundable once purchased.
Genuine billing mistakes, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, will be corrected. Contact hello@theghostflow.com within 14 days of the charge and include the email on the account.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback: most issues are resolved within one business day. Accounts that file chargebacks in place of contacting support may be suspended.
Whatever price you lock in while your plan remains active stays yours. If you cancel and return later, current pricing applies.
